I love living at Grovecrest Villas. It's beautiful and peaceful, I have so many friends here. It's a wonderful place to live. I've lived her for 5 years and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else! It's a perfect place for my puppy to play in the beautiful dog park, with all her friend.

I have lived here for 3 years and love it. The residents are friendly and make you feel right at home. If I have a maintenance issue it is taken care of quickly. The property is well maintained and the view of the mountains is spectacular. Pleasant Grove has that small town feel but is close to everything. Cone see all the Villas has to offer...you’ll be glad you did.

We have lived in the Villas for over four years now and we love it! The management and staff are great and responsive to our needs. The residents are kind and friendly. All of the amenities and activities were super (before Covid)!

I have lived here almost 5 years now, and I love it!!! I love the people and have many friends that I am grateful for. I appreciate all of the staff here, they are very friendly and helpful. Debby is a great manager! She makes sure anything you need to have done gets done right away. I love how quiet it is, this building is so well built I hardly know I have neighbors. I love the beautiful view of the mountains from my deck, living room and bedroom. There will have to be a really good reason for me to move because I plan on staying here forever :)

We moved into the Grovecrest Center which is the newer building owned by Grovecrest Villas. We moved from TreeO the first of August 2020. The residents are great and we have really enjoyed our decision to move here. You have a lot more freedom than a senior living place like TreeO. There are a few things about how they designed our that wished would have been different (like the our having no access to any water shut-off valve to apartment which could mean a lot more damage to the apartment while having to wait for emergency maintenance personnel to respond). Other than that, I believe that the staff does care for the residents and have been reasonably responsive.

I moved into Grove Crest almost five years ago with the intention of living here a year and then find a condo somewhere. I lived in one other 55 and older community and there is no comparison one to the other. Now I have lived here for five years and I am very comfortable here and have no intention of leaving. Debbie, Bryce, Scott and Tyler are the best and are very willing to help me in any way. I have enjoyed the associations I have had with other residents as well. There is a lot of great quality people in this building, come and join us ......

The GCV’s literally ROCK! I’ve been here 4 years and just renewed for another 18 months! Debbie, Amber (now Bryce), Scott and are great! Best in the West! People here are like family! Come on, be MY neighbor!!
