Overall, having been here just under two months so far, we are exceptionally pleased. Our 2BR & 2 bath apartment is nicely laid out, the building is very quiet (almost no noise from adjoining or upstairs residents - not enough to be bothersome at all), and the facility is very nicely kept. Management staff are sincerely friendly and easy to deal with, and very responsive when an issue has come up or question needs to be answered. And the additional options in the building for resident use are excellent and nicely varied. They've made it easy to make the transition. Despite downsizing from a well over 1800 square foot home to a 1024 square foot apartment, we are adjusting nicely, and have no need to investigate other residence options. We highly recommend Grovecrest Villas, and could not be happier. At this point we expect to remain here for the remainder of our lives!

Pleasant location with lovely management. Been here 8.5 years and will probably be here till we demise. Upgrades to the community are constantly ongoing. Office hours are posted but unfortunately not always followed (can’t have everything). Maintenance is always done on an expeditiously manner. The only desire is (1)) speed humps would be installed and (2) ability to op-out of the entertainment package. Friendly community with the opportunity to enjoy a calendar of events.

About a week ago there was a power outage here at Grove Crest Villas. So our internet service went out also. When I called the office to inform them that my internet was not working, I was told to call our provider Fiberwave. I called them and was told that all of our internet service was up and running. So I called our office again, at which time, Anita came to my apartment to investigate the problem. She tried everything that would normally get me connected, but no luck. So I put in a maintenance request. This request must have gone to Michele, for she called our provider, and was promised that a tech would be here the next day. Indeed he did arrive, spent about 30 minutes here, and my internet was up and connected. His final words were "From the way the wiring looked, he was surprised that it ever worked". Now for me to get all of my devices connected. Thank you Anita and Michele for all your persistence to get it right, Barbara Green

I was so reluctant to move into a 55 and older facility. I was wrong. The staff is wonderful. They are patient, kind and able to answer questions and the two ladies run a good facility. Residents that live here are involed in numerous activites, are friends to each other and welcome those who are new. The facility is clean, up to date. and the grounds are beautiful. I feel a sense of peace and at home. I needed that. I would recommend Grove Crest Villa in Pleasant Grove to anyone. It's a good place to live.

I moved here sight unseen after sensing a trust for leasing agent Anita, and photos of the place. I was not disappointed, as the place is posh. The residents are nice, the grounds and building are immaculate. Manager Michelle is right on top of the place, and responsive to any concerns. Close to bike trail, hiking, and stores. I feel blessed to have found the place. See you when you get here.

I moved to Grovecrest Villas about 6 weeks ago, and I love it here! Both Michelle and Anita made the move-in experience a breeze, doing everything electronically while I was still living in Arizona. They were so kind to allow me to store some furniture in a storage area on the fourth floor until my move-in date--without charge! When I finally met them in person, it was like seeing life-long friends; they are both so warm, friendly, and gracious. They create such a welcoming spirit to the Villas They are quick to have any issues fixed immediately. As for my one-bedroom apartment, it is so lovely with a beautiful view. The appliances look high-end, and it reminds me an East Coast apartment with its elegance. The grounds are gorgeous; I love to do my nightly 5-mile speed-walking/running on the sidewalks that meander through the lawns. You will find some friendly neighbors here, too. I am so happy that I moved here; I could have not found a better place!! P.S. Did I mention that it is so quiet, peaceful, and safe??! P.P.S. My two kitties love the balcony!

Grovecrest Villas is a wonderful senior 55+ Active Community. The property has many activities, classes, pool and on-site gym. The property is pet friendly also. Shopping and medical needs are close by for you and your family. There is a van which transports residents to nearby Walmart for convenient shopping needs. I think you should look into this wonderful senior property for a future home.

We have lived in the Villas for 10 months and we love it here. The apartment is plenty big enough for us and very well equipped. One feature we really love is the balcony--we have a wonderful view of Mount Timpanogos. We looked at many other buildings before choosing the Villas. Some felt more cramped and enclosed, with narrow corridors and no balconies. The Villas has a very "open" feel. The amenities are excellent: swimming pool with hot tub, library, gym, banquet room, movie theater room, and plenty of places to hang out with your friends for board games/cards. They even have a food pantry. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained, with a paved path surrounding the lawn--about 1/4 miles, so 4 times around and you’ve got your mile in. Dog/cat friendly with a well-laid out dog park, and plenty of dog cleanup stations all around the property. Debbie and her management team are extremely responsive and friendly; most holidays you can expect a holiday-themed note/treat on your door. We also love the other tenants, and have made many great friends since moving in. Highly recommend the Villas!!!

The property is well maintained and the view of the mountains is spectacular. Pleasant Grove has that small town feel but is close to everything. I have lived here almost 5 years now, and I love it!!! I love the people and have many friends that I am grateful for. I appreciate all of the staff here, they are very friendly and helpful. Debby is a great manager! She makes sure anything you need to have done gets done right away. I love how quiet it is, this building is so well built I hardly know I have neighbors. I love the beautiful view of the mountains from my deck, living room and bedroom. There will have to be a really good reason for me to move because I plan on staying here forever :)

We moved into the Grovecrest Center which is the newer building owned by Grovecrest Villas. We moved from TreeO the first of August 2020. The residents are great and we have really enjoyed our decision to move here. You have a lot more freedom than a senior living place like TreeO. There are a few things about how they designed our that wished would have been different (like the our having no access to any water shut-off valve to apartment which could mean a lot more damage to the apartment while having to wait for emergency maintenance personnel to respond). Other than that, I believe that the staff does care for the residents and have been reasonably responsive.

I moved into Grove Crest almost five years ago with the intention of living here a year and then find a condo somewhere. I lived in one other 55 and older community and there is no comparison one to the other. Now I have lived here for five years and I am very comfortable here and have no intention of leaving. Debbie, Bryce, Scott and Tyler are the best and are very willing to help me in any way. I have enjoyed the associations I have had with other residents as well. I was not able to get into my garage over the weekend. Scott took care of it as soon as he became aware of it. The power had gone out and also a new battery was needed for opener. Thanks Scott!!!

After living here for more than a year, we are still pleased with the amenities and the care taken to maintain a clean and attractive place to live. But a couple of things have been problematic over the past several months. One has been the trash pickup service. Many, many times we have put out our trash at the designated times, only to have it still sitting outside our door for several hours, and even into the next morning, before it got picked up. This situation has improved recently, whether because the management switched companies or just laid down the law with them, I don’t know. The second issue has been parking. With the construction on the south side of the building, it has been a struggle almost daily to park near the closest entrance to our unit, because construction workers’ own vehicles or actual construction vehicles take up all the spots. Management doesn’t seem to have allowed for this, and it has made us feel like the construction vehicles take precedence over those belonging to the residents.

The best characteristic or quality about Debbie, is that she has always been kind and a good listener to me. I have struggled we have health problems the entire time I have lived here. Debbie has a Caring Heart, she has assisted me on many occasions, when I needed help to walk down the hall and get to my house she has taken time to listen to me when I was not feeling good and frightened. However, I am not the only one that she has been kind to many ways. Debbie is conscientious about her work, and is able 2 blend kindness with that she does, she is aware of the people in the building and them all with that same professionalism and approachability. The same characteristics are true of her assistant Tanya. She could be described in way I just shared about Debbie. She takes her job responsibilities seriously, and makes a good impression the very first time people walk into our building inquiring about living here. Tanya is the first person to be greeting the new people. She is friendly and is a wonderful representative of your business. Debbie and Tanya do a great job. I feel the outside maintenance is slipping away. The landscape crew does a horrible job on the lawn causing more damage each time they cut. I would fire them in a heartbeat. The dog waste stations need to be serviced daily if not weekly. It’s frustrating when they are full and equally frustrating when there are no waste bags.

The master bedroom window would not shut all the way, letting in cold air. Maintenance came and fixed it... but it only stayed completely shut for a couple of hours. Maintenance returned and was able to fully secure window. Good job Scott.

For a few weeks now I have been going to the office to let them know there is something wrong with the heater. It comes on and blows cold air for a minute and turns off and immediately comes back on and blows cold air again. It shuts off for the second time and restarts with an a minute for a third cycle and finally blows hot air. The heat should not have to power up three times within five minutes to work. Scott said he blew it out and did some maintenance to it and it should be fine but it continues with this cycle which I’m curious to see if it’s going to jack up my utility bills. I really wish this to get resolved. Update 12/03/2018: all fixed now and heater is now working as it should. Thank you for looking into again!

This community, a 55+ community, was the best decision we've made in the past 6 years of renting apartments. We move often for work and this community is quiet, apartments are new and spacious. The location is perfect, with easy access to all shopping, the highway and restaurants. The staff are friendly and helpful and even put on a nice community BBQ to introduce neighbors to neighbors. The pool is accessible without the huge crowds of 20 year olds and has a great view of the mountains. We love it here.
