We have only lived here 1 month but so far we are loving it. People say hi to you, even if they don't know you. Michelle, Anita and the maintenance staff are great!

This place is great, well maintained and the staff is great. Michelle is the very best when it comes to her residents. She really does care and leads a great team.

I was so reluctant to move into a 55 and older facility. I was wrong. The staff is wonderful. They are patient, kind and able to answer questions and the two ladies run a good facility. Residents that live here are involed in numerous activites, are friends to each other and welcome those who are new. The facility is clean, up to date. and the grounds are beautiful. I feel a sense of peace and at home. I needed that. I would recommend Grove Crest Villa in Pleasant Grove to anyone. It's a good place to live.

We rented our apt site unseen, it was during the Covid we needed a place to call home. Michelle the manager went above and beyond that to happen for us. We’ve been here over three wonderful years. You have all the amenities the maintenance has two workers Jayden & Tyson who are always on top of everything you need. Not once have we had we had a maintenance call. The leasing agent Anita will take the time to help you, for any of the simplest things you might need. This is Apartment complex you could truly call your home.

I like this place when I first moved in and the manager at the time was Debbie, she such great then she left. The New manager is not fl;ex able and she gets involve in thing she is so cl;ueless about the laws that it makes her look bad! I have spocken with severral; rent I have known since I move in ove 5 years ago and thyey all agree they like the old manger better! When I redid my lease I ask for email with both sigatures on them because needed she said I would get when tehy signed auto, I did not I ask again, and she refuse to send it to me this cause a financial hardship. I would not recommend lining here. It is expensive and the new management is not easy to work with
