Overall, having been here just under two months so far, we are exceptionally pleased. Our 2BR & 2 bath apartment is nicely laid out, the building is very quiet (almost no noise from adjoining or upstairs residents - not enough to be bothersome at all), and the facility is very nicely kept. Management staff are sincerely friendly and easy to deal with, and very responsive when an issue has come up or question needs to be answered. And the additional options in the building for resident use are excellent and nicely varied. They've made it easy to make the transition. Despite downsizing from a well over 1800 square foot home to a 1024 square foot apartment, we are adjusting nicely, and have no need to investigate other residence options. We highly recommend Grovecrest Villas, and could not be happier. At this point we expect to remain here for the remainder of our lives!

Great community located in a beautiful location! Excellent staff, especially the restoration crew that cleans the apartments after a resident moves out. They do an amazing job of making the apartment look like new!

My furnace stopped working. After I reported to Michelle had to leave for a couple of hours. When I came back Jayden had left a card saying that the furnace had been fixed. I really appreciate had fast Jayden fixed my furnace.

Anita and Michelle are fabulous. They help me out with all my computer needs and are always willing to give an ear. I love living at Grovecrest. The staff here are like family.
